Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:The scope of services covers maintenance of field electromechanical facilities of traffic monitoring systems and supporting equipment poles, foundations, pipeline facilities, communication facilities and power supply and distribution facilities within the project scope of dynamic traffic guidance signs on the road network including the Inner Ring Road, Outer Ring Road and Middle Ring Road, Wuzhou Avenue, the General Professional Platform of Pudong New Area Comprehensive Traffic Management Information System, Phase I Renovation of the Public Security Sub-platform, Phases II to VIII of the Sub-platform, Inner Ring, Outer Ring, Phases I and II of the Chuansha Guidance System, and the traffic information system supporting the Sanlin Indemnificatory Housing Project, as well as maintenance services for equipment falling within the maintenance scope in each sub-control room (For specific requirements, see Chapter 3 of the bidding documents).RGz十环招标网

4）投标单位须具有公路交通工程专业承包公路机电工程分项一级资质或电子与智能化工程专业承包一级资质；RGz十环招标网

(iv)The bidder shall possess Class I Qualification for Highway Electromechanical Works under Highway Traffic Engineering Professional Contracting or Class I Qualification for Electronic and Intelligent Engineering Professional Contracting.RGz十环招标网

(v)Potential bidders who provide overall design, specification development, or services suchas project management, supervision, and testing for the procurement project are not eligible to participate in the procurement activities of this project.RGz十环招标网
