1. 深圳市国际招标有限公司（以下简称“招标机构”）受招标人委托，邀请合格投标人就陆丰市碣石人民医院的下列货物和有关服务提交密封投标：

1. Shenzhen international tendering co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as \"bidding agency\") entrusted by the tenderer, qualified bidders are invited to center of Lufeng City Jieshi Peoples Hospital of the following goods and related services to submit sealed bids:

2. Qualified bidders of interest may in shenzhen international tendering co., LTD., to get further information from and inspect the bidding documents.

3. The bidder qualifications:

(1) the bidder must be an independent agency with lawful operation (a copy of the business license, a copy of the company's official seal or a business practice permit).

(2) bidders must be registered users of China International Tendering network (www.chinabidding.com).

(3) the bidder must be cast by the product manufacturer or the manufacturer effectively authorised agents, and provide equipment manufacturer special authorization agent or a copy of the certificate (except the bidder is equipment manufacturers), and with the bidder registration and seal, and buy the bidding documents in the tendering agency.

(4) the bidder shall not have any interest with the buyer or the bid invitation institution.

(5) the tender products of two or more bidders are produced by the same manufacturer or integrator, calculated by a bidder.

(6) the domestic bidder has "People's Republic of China medical equipment production license" or "People's Republic of China medical devices business license" (provide copy of the certificate of legal tender and stamped with the official seal).

(7) the equipment to be delivered by the bidder must have the medical instrument registration certificate of People's Republic of China (a copy of the certificate and the official seal of the bidder).

(8) the certificate of the legal representative or the power of attorney of the legal representative.

4. The intention of the bidders can from now until July 18, 2018 (except holidays) every morning at 9:00 ~ 11:30 ~ 5:00, 2:30 PM (Beijing time) at Shenzhen International Tendering Co., Ltd. (address: at room 506, floor 5, hongcheng business building, No.3, huabian north road, Huizhou city) the purchase of tender documents, each package of bidding documents for the price of 300 yuan or $50, customer service is not refundable. On-site purchase of bidding documents ( the purchaser is requested to carry a copy of the business license, affix the company's official seal or a copy of the business practice license ( original for future reference ), an original certificate of legal representative, an original power of attorney of legal representative ( purchase of bidding documents ), and a copy of the registration of the medical device of the people's Republic of China.
