2. 非对称场流分离检测系统必须是一台性能稳定的具有场流分离功能，能够与紫外检测器和多角度激光光散射检测单元以及馏分收集器无缝结合。

3. 提供馏分收集功能，收集过程中不影响分离与分析。

4.该套非对称场流分离检测系统必须是一套完整的系统，各模块的所有测试方法和数据分析功能都能够在同一软件界面内完成。数据分析能够和测试过程互不干扰。

1. The instrument to be procured this time is an asymmetric field flow separation detection system.

安装、技术服务与培训

Installation, technical services and training:

1、仪器制造商授权的技术人员现场安装调式，仪器技术指标验收合格，附验收报告。安装、调试、检验、培训及技术服务等免费。设备验收后，质量保修期整机为1年。服务应及时有效。在收到用户故障信息后， 要求24小时内响应，5个工作日内到用户现场进行服务。提供免费电话进行技术及售后支持。

2、仪器厂家提供技术服务，由仪器制造商授权的技术人员根据要求进行人员现场免费技术培训一周。保修期内，厂家提供至少1次免费现场培训，另外可免费参加厂家不定期组织的主题培训以及高级培训。厂家设有应用工程师和售后工程师为用户提供持续的技术支持和售后服务。

1.    The instrument manufacturer authorized technicians perform on-site installation and commissioning, and the acceptance report is attached after technical indicators of the instrument are qualified upon acceptance. Installation, commissioning, inspection, training and technical services, etc. are free of charge. The quality warranty period for the whole machine is 1 year after acceptance of the equipment. Services shall be timely and effective. After receiving fault information of the user, response within 24h and arrival at the user site within 5 workdays for services are required. Free telephone is provided for technical and after-sales supports.

2.    The instrument manufacturer provides technical services, and the instrument manufacturer authorized technicians are responsible for free on-site technical training of staffs for one week according to the requirements. During the warranty period the manufacturer provides at least one free on-site training, in addition, staffs of the user can participate in the subject training and advanced training aperiodically organized by the manufacturer free of charge. The manufacturer assigns application engineers and after-sales engineers to provide the user with continuous technical support and after-sales service.

3. Bidder qualification requirements

3.1 The bidder shall comply with the provisions of Article 22 of the Government Procurement Law;

3.2 Qualification requirements for this bidding project：
